Configuring
your email client: Outlook XP/2002 and 2003
- Open Outlook.
- Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'E-mail Accounts...'
- Select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts'
and click 'Next.'
- Click once on the mail account and click on Change.
- Click 'More Settings...,' and then click the 'Outgoing
Server' tab.
You should use the corresponding
POP and SMTP mail server name according to your
email address, (i.e.- mail.frontier.net, mail.durango.net,
mail.animas.net etc., depending on your actual
email address)
- Check the box next to 'My outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication,' and select 'Use same settings
as my incoming mail server.'
- Click 'OK.'
- Click 'Next,' and then click 'Finish.'
