Configuring
your email client: Outlook Express and Outlook 2000
and earlier.
- Click on Tools, then select Accounts.
- Click on the Mail tab at the top, then click once
on your mail account in the list.
- Click the Properties button on the right.
- Click on the Servers tab.
- Confirm that your Account name shows your full
email address.
- Check the box next to "My server requires
authentication".
- Click OK.
You should use the corresponding
POP and SMTP mail server name according to your
email address, (i.e.- mail.frontier.net, mail.durango.net,
mail.animas.net etc., depending on your actual
email address)
