Configuring
your email client: Outlook Express 5.06 for Mac
Open Outlook.
Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Accounts.'
Select the existing account and click Edit.
In the Edit Account screen click the button at
the bottom labeled "Click here for advanced
sending options". You should use the corresponding
POP and SMTP mail server name according to your
email address, (i.e.- mail.frontier.net, mail.durango.net,
mail.animas.net etc., depending on your actual
email address)
Check the box next to SMTP server requires authentication
to open a small sub-screen.
Confirm that "Use same settings as incoming
mail server" is selected.
Click the tiny box in the upper left to close
the sub-screen.
Click OK to close the Edit Accounts window, then
click the upper left box to close the Accounts window.
