I just want to tell you how impressed I am with your techs. I had a great deal of trouble with my Blackberry and consequently with my computer. It was confusing to me and I was terribly frustrated. Your tech suggested I bring my computer to Brainstorm and he would check it out. He seemed very knowledgeable and talked in a language that I could understand. He was low keyed, calm and reassuring. I was delighted to pick up my computer the next day and find that he had identified and repaired the problem.
