This is just a little note to let the managers of Brainstorm know what excellent customer service their employees provide! My boyfriend and I recently switched from Earthlink to Brainstorm and got DSL for the first time (confusing process if you've never had it). It was critical that we had a smooth transition of service because my boyfriend has a home based business that he operates from a website. Everyone we spoke with (I can't remember names) made the process effortless and took the time to answer our MANY questions, with patience. I work at Bank of the San Juans and customer service is our top priority.
Unfortunate, in this day and age, the majority of businesses don't have the same priority. It's comforting to know that there are still local businesses that care about people's needs and can speak to you like a real person, not a number, without all of the technical jargon.

Your tech support guys were friendly enough and capable enough to answer my questions and help me solve a couple problems, even thought they were not directly related to my internet connections, as I had initially assumed.  It beats talking to someone overseas or some stick in the mud here in the states.
