Yes! Brainstorm dial-up, and in most cases, DSL service is compatible
with Macintosh computers. If you have questions as to whether or not your
computer will work with Brainstorm, contact our technical support staff

Can I check my email
from a public computer?
Yes, you can check your Brainstorm email account from any computer with
an internet connection. Simply go to our homepage and login under the
“Login to Webmail ” banner.
When will I be billed for my
Brainstorm account?
Brainstorm bills on the first of each month, meaning there is no payment
up front.
How do I cancel my existing internet
service?
Below is cancellation information for a few major and regional ISP’s.
When contacting your service provider, remember to have your username
and password, mailing address, and phone number ready. Also, request that
you receive a written confirmation of your request.
