There
Is More Than One Way
To Reach Tech Support!
Here's
a scenario most people
can identify with: You
want (or need) to contact
tech support but you don't
want to wait on the phone
during busy times when
there is a hold time. We
understand, we don't like
to wait either, unfortunately
it is sometimes a reality.
If your problem is not
preventing you from getting
connected to the Internet,
here are a few alternative
ways to contact us for
assistance that won't leave
you frustrated and tied
to the phone:
- Live
Chat
If you can still get online, open your web browser to http://www.gobrainstorm.net Click
on the Live Support ONLINE image to 'text chat' live with
a customer service or technical support agent.
- Our
Website
In your web browser, go to http://www.gobrainstorm.net Click
on the Brainstorm Home button. From the drop down menu select Troubleshooting.
Here you can browse our library of Frequently Asked Questions.
Most of our FAQs were created from actual customer questions.
There is a good chance that you may find the answer you need
right here.
- Support
Trouble Ticket
If you have email connectivity, you can submit a trouble ticket
directly to our support staff as easily as sending an email.
From your regular email program just compose a new message addressed
to support@gobrainstorm.net .
In the email just tell what the issue is and then send it. Your
email will automatically go into our trouble ticket system and
send you back a tracking number so that you can monitor it's
progress. We strive to answer and resolve all trouble ticket
issues within 30 min to an hour.
We
all have better things
to do with our time than
waiting on hold to speak
with someone. Of course
some issues may prevent
you from having any Internet
access at all, in which
case calling or stopping
by the office may be the
only way to reach us. For
all other situations, we
hope that some of these
alternative options will
work for you in getting
your concerns resolved
as quickly as possible.
As
always, thank you as we
continue striving for new
ways to improve your Internet
experience.
