How to Update Your Email Password

We encourage all of you to update your email password to a "secure" password. A secure password is one with a combination of uppercase and lowercase characters as well as numbers and/or symbols and be at least 8 characters in length. With a secure password you will have better protection against attacks such as identity theft and spammers.

Updating your password is easy! Just log into Webmail. Once you are logged in click on the plus sign next to the "My Account" link on the left, then click on "Password" (see the screenshot below). Complete the form and that's it! You now have a much more secure password.

After you update your password you will see a popup message in your email program the next time it checks for new mail. When you see the popup, just enter your new password, make sure "save password" is checked, and click OK.
